my door panels were rattling like crazy because half the clips were broken. Audi wanted $3.50 EACH for replacement clips. Printed 12 of them for mabe a dollar total. Door is solid now, no rattles.

Try printing at 245C with 70mm/s. That's my sweet spot for PETG.
