Best filament for car parts that sit in the sun?

So I want to print some dashboard stuff but my car sits outside all day. Will PLA hold up or should I use something else? I've heard PETG is better for heat but wanted to check here first.

You'll want to use PETG with at least 0.2mm layer height. Works way better than PLA for car parts.

I always do a temp tower first. Makes a huge difference in layer adhesion.
