The hinge on my fuel door broke so it just flops open. Dealership wants $150 for the whole assembly.
Can I just print a new hinge piece? What material would be strong enough?

Make sure you're doing 4 walls minimum. Infill honestly doesnt matter as much as wall thickness.
I always do a temp tower first. Makes a huge difference in layer adhesion.
