Fuel door hinge repair

Question

The hinge on my fuel door broke so it just flops open. Dealership wants $150 for the whole assembly. Can I just print a new hinge piece? What material would be strong enough?

You'll want to use PETG with at least 0.2mm layer height. Works way better than PLA for car parts.
