Glove box latch repair

Question

Glove box won't stay closed. The latch mechanism broke. Before I pay $50 for a new one from the dealer, can this be fixed with a printed part?

You'll want to use PETG with at least 0.2mm layer height. Works way better than PLA for car parts.

Make sure you're doing 4 walls minimum. Infill honestly doesnt matter as much as wall thickness.
