How to design parts from scratch?

I can print stuff other people designed fine but I want to start making my own parts. What software do you guys use? Is Fusion360 the best or are there easier options for beginners?

Make sure you're doing 4 walls minimum. Infill honestly doesnt matter as much as wall thickness.
