PETG vs ABS for engine bay parts?

Need to print a couple small brackets that will be near (not on) the engine. Its gonna get pretty hot there.

Is PETG enough or should I go with ABS? Ive never printed ABS before.

You'll want to use PETG with at least 0.2mm layer height. Works way better than PLA for car parts.

I always do a temp tower first. Makes a huge difference in layer adhesion.
