Tips for printing clip-on parts?

I want to make some clips that snap onto existing panels Any tips for getting the tolerances right? First attempt was too tight, second was too loose Trying to find that sweet spot.

Try printing at 245C with 70mm/s. That's my sweet spot for PETG.

quick question - what infill did you use? Still learning lol

You'll want to use PETG with at least 0.2mm layer height. Works way better than PLA for car parts.
