Tips for printing clip-on parts?

I want to make some clips that snap onto existing panels. Any tips for getting the tolerances right?

First attempt was too tight, second was too loose. Trying to find that sweet spot.

Try printing at 245C with 70mm/s. That's my sweet spot for PETG.

thanks! Im pretty new to this stuff. Do I need supports?

Nice

Make sure you're doing 4 walls minimum. Infill honestly doesnt matter as much as wall thickness.
