Description

Hi, I have a 1974 Honda CT70 Trail that I have been restoring over the last few months and a few parts have been difficult to acquire so I have resorted to printing my own. One such part that I need is a rear indicator bracket/mount. I found two that I liked (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3679615 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4641333) on Thingiverse and used them as templates to create my own version on FreeCAD 0.19.1. Version 1 (work in progress) printed well, other than support being difficult to remove should be usable (may require modification based on the indicator thread size - I intended to tap each end of the part to thread the indicator directly into the bracket). For my particular bike however, I will need to modify the design to mount inside the rear of the bike's frame, as I have a luggage rack mounted to my bike where V1 is intended to bolt on. Hopefully this design can be of use to someone else, I will probably add future revisions of this part and alternate parts to suit Honda CT70's. If there are any parts you require for a CT70 feel free to get in touch and I will see if/how I can help design/prototype/develop products. Kind regards, Ryack.
