Description

This is a set to replace the rubber caps that cover the type 2 CCS mennekes charge port connectors. The stock rubber caps are tethered by a rubber string. With this set the rubber caps are replaced by a housing that is pushed in around the chargeport connector. There are 2 lids. 1 top lid to open the AC part and the bottom lid protects the DC part of the CCS connector. Both hinges use a M3 bolt. you can either drill and tap or just dril and use a bolt and (lock)nut I printed it on a Anet A6 budget printer, with 0.2mm layer thickness and 20% infill using black PETG.
