Here is a base model for rear wheel well frame hole cover. This will it late model 2019, All 2020, All 2021 and 2022LTD models. Super tight fit so may need some tweaking depending on corrosion level. 100% Infill, did.3mm to speed up print time and still turned out fine. I was using PLA+, but ABS is probably recommended if available.
