!!!Make sure to print in a flexible filament!!! Hello! My first shared thing in a while ^-^' This is a grommet that holds the rod, that holds up your hood on the 1998-2002 4 cylinder Honda Accords (6th generation) When I bought this car used a couple of months ago, the plastic grommet that came with it from the factory was already broken. I finally got tired of having to mess with the rod to make sure it wouldn't slip out of the grommet hole, that I decided to just make a new grommet out of flexible filament. A replacement grommet would've been about 5 bucks, and a few days Amazon shipping. Or a 10-minute design, then 20 minute print. The part number for the actual replacement is 90601-S84-A01 Bring a dull scraper/chisel, butter knife, or flat-head screw driver to help you push the flap into the hole. Hitting the flat end with the butt-end of the screw driver would help to force it in as well. Oh and just in case: the end with the chamfer is the end that goes into the hole.
