My stock cap for the windshield wiper fluid reservoir broke off so I made a nicer looking one. The threads need to be glued to the plastic of the reservoir, I used 5 minute epoxy which is very strong but could be removed if I wanted to. The best material for this would be ABS since it sits inside the engine bay. I used PETG and it's been holding well. Use supports for the cap (touching buildplate only). I printed at 0.2mm layer height with 0.6mm nozzle on a Creality Ender 5.
