Description

This is a headlight alignment cup/bracket/mount replacement I made for my 1985 Alfa GTV6. It works with the original screw and pulls/pushes the headlight into alignment based on how tight the screw is turned. Parts for these cars are becoming much more rare, so I'm attempting to duplicate what I can. More pictures of the real object coming soon. This is a direct clone of the shape and has no modifications or optimizations done to make it easier to print. As such it is very difficult to print. Also, due to being part of a car, make sure to print in a robust material. My original versions were made out of Taulman Bridge Nylon, but these days I am favoring a PC-ABS blend.
