You need to adjust the speed of printing, because size of the object is very small. My print set-up was 0.4nozzle, 35mm/s speed. And basic cura set up for ABS fillament, but I did it with ASA FILLAMENT. (You will find my set up in cura) When printing is finished you will need to play a little bit with knife, sand paper etc. Also you will need a super glue, to combine these two parts together.
