Awning brackets for Lexus GX 460 stock roof rails

I wanted to mount a roof awning on my Lexus GX 460 using the stock aero type cross bars. Using these brackets along with aluminum T-slot channel results in an adjustable clamp. The T-channel needs the holes counter sunk to accept a 1/4"x20 - 1.5" long flat head bolt, the bolt heads should sit flush with the bottom of the channel to allow the T-slot bolts to slide in. I used ARB awning bracket with gusset, part number 813402 to mount the Shady Boy awning. This system allows the awning to be easily and quickly installed or removed. You will need 4 brackets, 2 for each crossbar. The 1/4" nuts are a tight fit and will need to be tapped in with a hammer. The awning is attached using 1" long T-slot bolts (one in each bracket) and a star wheel or quick nut. The brackets also fit gen 4, 4Runner and will probably will fit other models, please let me know if these fit your crossbars.
