Description

BMW recently changed the price of their hazard triangle brackets to ~50€ which is far too expensive for a piece of plastic, so i designed some myself. You need to print the file 2 times. To install it, simply unscrew the 2 large screws on the trunk lid panel and use these screws to screw on the brackets. This is still a prototype, so feel free to send me any feedback you might have. Disclaimer: These brackets work by gripping the triangle with those flexible arms. Therefore, I can not guarantee that the triangle will stay in place during a crash. Due to the violent nature of crashes, the hazard triangle can become a dangerous projectile, especially with the seats folded down. You are responsible for properly securing your trunk load in the car, including the hazard triangle.
