Car phone holder dock

I used this universal car phone holder in my peugeot 208, I say universal because I add the solidworks file to modify the distance between fins ventilations. I think it is very stable and easy to remove. In my opinion I recommend print it in HIPS filament or ABS that has a higher melt temperature than PLA. I did many probes with PLA to adjust the model but the sun deformed the model. I used HIPS in 240ºC of extruder and 90ºC in heating bed. Maximun layer thickness 0.15mm because in 0.2mm layer appear fissures between layers that was my experience. Aster that I painted with spray paint protecting a bit more the piece. For this model I combine It with Modular Mounting System https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2194278 In my opinion the best part to hold the phone. Update 2020 Magnetic holder.
