The convertible top alignment pin grommet or guide for a Chrysler LeBaron convertible, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995. May fit other years and other models, possibly the Sebring. P/N 4410254 I've seen many of these worn through. No sense in paying exorbitant prices for an obsolete part when you can just print it. I was able to print with no supports. They snap into place perfectly. When printed in black, they look right at home when installed.
