3DPrintedCarPartDescription
I designed this cup holder insert to make better use of holding my phone, sun glasses and garage door opener. It does take up two cup holder spaces. See the photos to make sure it fits your model Fiat 500, I included an original press photo which shows the unusual cup holder this is made for. Fiat Logo has been traced and embossed into the model on the top and there is a through-the-model pathway designed to route the power cord cleanly from the cigarette lighter to the phone holder. The phone post is designed to hold a self-closing phone holder like this one that I purchased on amazon. It has a ball on the end of the post designed to couple with most phone holders. The diameter of the ball is 18mm. The second option allows the phone to be further away from the gear selector area, but it does hover over the parking brake - so it would be in the way if you needed to use the parking brake. I like this design because it's easier to get my iPhone into the cradle and I can still use the parking brake, it's just not quite as accessible with a phone hovering over it. If you are concerned about the parking brake in the way, I do have another model that mounts in the TomTom port here: https://www.printables.com/model/860029-fiat-500-tomtom-phone-stand Phone holder I purchased (but there are many others like it): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BL1S9LFJ?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details Garage Door opener slot is designed for a chamberlain/lift master garage door opener. Sunglass holder should fit most sunglasses (Maui Jims fit great here) No supports are needed, use a brim or a raft if you have print bed adhesion issues. Recommend Infill 65% or more (I print this part at 70%).
