Fiesta MK8 Smartphone Holder

Hi Dies ist meine Umsetzung eine Smartphone Halterung für meinen 2018 Ford Fiesta. Dazu wird die Abdeckung hinter dem Bildschirm ersetzt, sodass der komplette Aufbau wenig auffällt und das Smartphone neben dem Bildschim sitzt. Ich habe die Halterung schon einige Jahre in einsatz und das PETG hat sowohl 40°C in praller Sonne sowie -25°C gut ausgehalten und keine Ermüdung gezeigt. Die interessante Datei wird die Austauschabdeckung sein, vielleicht noch der Haltearm als Vorlage. Die Aufnahme ist für mein Telefon + Hülle ausgelegt (Dicke 13,5mm, Breite 80mm). Info: Ich habe die Befestigungsklammern des Orginals verwendet, da sie sich durch ihre größe nicht gut druckten. Bei meiner Position der Halterung wird eine untere Ecke vom Smartphone vom Lenkrad verdeckt. Dies war Absich und dient nur als Hinweis. Anfänglich nutze ich eine magnetisches USB Kabel, das per extra Halter angebracht war, was auch sehr gut funktionierte. Auf dauer hat mein Metallbau Beruf nur leider dazu geführt das die Kontakt Pins zerstört wurden und somit die funktion von Andriod Auto nicht mehr gegeben war. Es werden Senkkopf Schrauben zur Montage benötigt. To do this, the cover behind the screen is replaced so that the entire structure is not very noticeable and the smartphone sits next to the screen. In the long run, my metal construction job unfortunately led to the contact pins being destroyed and the function of Andriod Auto was no longer given. Countersunk screws are required for assembly.
