Made because off the shelf spacers for the 5th gens dont work for the 2016-2019 explorers. You will need supports touching build plate. I have a split version and a full front door spacer so that you can fit it on your build plate. i just used super glue to put them together, then hot glue around the seam to seal it. there is clearance for weather strip on the back and behind the speaker. I used a.8mm nozzle to print. Use plenty of walls and top and bottom layers.
