This is a heavy duty cup holder expander made to fit standard 16oz tall cans (~66.5mm), 12oz tall cans (~57.5mm), and larger hydroflask style water containers (88.5-90mm). There is about 0.5mm clearance on either side. I printed this at 0.28mm layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle, and ~15% gyroid infil, seems pretty heavy and sturdy.
