This has been superseded by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3833402 This is a Garmin GPS mount for the later type fitting in the 2017 Citigo, Up and Mi which have a USB socket under the base. The neck has as a 17.2mm radius ball to match the standard socket on Garmin GPS brackets. There are two designs, a short neck for the 4" GPS, and a longer neck to provide more clearance for 5" and larger screens. EDIT - after more use i suggest using the longer design for all satnav sizes. I have used the clever spring clip design from XenoBlaster so it is all in one piece.
