3DPrintedCarPartDescription
As the Owner of a 2018 GMC Sierra HD I am blessed with what I called "the pit of despair." It's the unusable, vastly deep storage area, in front of the cup holders, that junk just gets lost in. Lacking is a cup holder that can hold a HydroFlask or similar ThermoFlask. Similarly a good cellphone holder that can hold a phone in Portrait orientation. NO LONGER! I am a notice Tinkercad user. I have no ability to use a substantial CAD software so for me I feel like I have conquered the world and solved a very important problem LOL! It is made to go into the rubber sleeve so it can be easily removed or reinstalled with out having OEM car parts lying around. It has a perfect fit so I am pleased with that. Here is what this includes: 1. Tray with LARGE Cup Holders 2. Empty Tray/ Shell for Future Projects (you can modify it) 3. A fully Filled Tray that you can add whatever holes or storage compartments you want to using Tinkercad or whatever you use. Drop a hole in for a cell phone. Put mounting holes for a device. You're only limited by your imagination Here are the Tinkercad Links: Large Cupholders https://www.tinkercad.com/things/7DEA2mneg4f Empty Tray for Tinkering With https://www.tinkercad.com/things/4RBSmibY6oC Blank or Filled Tray for Tinkering With https://www.tinkercad.com/things/9IDa1wHfV8k Truthfully this is very bloated and probably could be done much better in a better design software. But given I am a hobbyist Tinkercad seems to do the job but I think this project reached it's limits as it bogs down from the amount of elements in this. I printed with 15% Grid Pattern Fill with No Supports PLA at 210C/60C.
