GT86 (Pre face lift) air vent phone mount

This is my phone mount for a pre-face lift GT86 (it might fit other models, but not able to test). It prints in multiple parts which are assembled in the air vent. You need to remove the stock air vent to fit. All parts can be printed without supports. Print the vent grill with the diamond pattern on the bed for the best finish. NOTE: When printing the bracket stl you need to pause to insert the M4 nut into the part! This is to make assembly easier. Print with PETG or ABS. I filled, primed, sanded and painted my own print in the photos. It has survived 4 months of the heater on full blast. With the new Autodesk license I'm not able to share the model for download. If you leave a comment with your phone model and dimensions (and I notice the notification) I might be able to upload it for you. For reference, my Huawei Mate 20 Pro is 162x75mm. You will need a 35mm M4 bolt and nylock nut. Assembly: Insert the grill section and bracket in the stock air vent duct and refit the stock trim. Then place the bolt through the phone holder and spacer, and screw into the bracket.
