3DPrintedCarPartDescription
After replacing my car window clips with Geckoslayers amazing design and having it break only a few weeks later, I decided to beef it up and add additional material where I could, without compromising the function of the clip. Depending on your printing tolerances, you may need to mill out some of the spaces. I recommend using a 2.5mm drill bit, which seems to give a good fit along the slide rails. If you have a dremel or similar then probably use that but i was able to use a drill bit and just push it sideways as required. Also I discovered that putting the wire back together is actually quite easy if you drive the assembly hard up against the non rotating pulley and then use a g-clamp between the clip and the end stop to take out the spring tension so you can reconnect the last wire by hand with minimal effort.
