If you have a new Jeep JLU and have ever tried to get into the storage in the back. You will have noticed that the cover doesn't stay open. You have to hold it open as you dig into the storage. This hook is designed to attach to the nylon hook and the bar that holds the child seat. Keeping it wide open and out of your way.
