3DPrintedCarPartDescription
A-Pillar double 20mm ball mount for Jeep JL / JT. I needed a 20mm ball mount for my Gladiator, so I made a basic, ugly one in TinkerCad. This file uses the stock bolt. The captured washer on the stock bolt is too big, so I cut it off and used a smaller washer. I did size the large hole in the center to be large enough to pass my 3/8 socket and extension bar, that way I could re-use the stock bolt. As you can see by the angles, I originally expected to print it with the curve matching the handle. But my test print showed me that the optimum angle was 90 degrees to the right. So I added another flat area, added two 20mm balls, and printed it. (The original 1" ball was found somewhere here on TV, I resized it to 20mm).
