A planning starting point only; wall count, orientation, and geometry often matter more than infill.

3DPrintedCarPartDescription
Phone holder for use with cup holder. It features an additional stabilzer which should avoid too much movement or vibration of the phone when driving fast turns. It consists of several parts. I suggest glueing the arm, base and connector. The back of the arm contains holes that can be used for zip ties to fasten the charging cable for the phone. The ball head is available in two sized 17mm and 19mm which can be used to mount e.g. a universal holder or a charging plate (with ballhead mount). The "RH" parts are for vehicles with the driver on the right side, "LH" on the left side (standard in europe). I could not test the "RH" parts but they are simply mirrored. One image shows the suggested printing orientation for best stability. Another image shows it completely assembled. For assembling you need additionally: 2x M3 nut 2x M3 screw (NOT countersunk), length 20mm The arm should be printed with tree support. I printed it using ASA filament. Enjoy it. 2024-01-29: widened part "Arm" near the head to improve stability 2024-10-18: added photo with magnetic holder 2025-04-11: added ball 15mm and 26mm.
