Aidan Kelley (Tactical_Geek)A replacement cap for the headrest actuator on the door-mounted power-seat control of the source creator's 2001 Mercedes-Benz S 430. The verified CC BY 4.0 source archive contains one printable STL, two physical comparison photos showing the blue replacement fitted to the headrest position of the seat-shaped control, and three matching render/slicer images. The creator recommends the upright orientation shown in the source screenshots for easier support removal and a stronger attachment section. Other S-Class models, years, markets and switch revisions are not included.
Seat-control safety warning: verify a 2001 S 430 with the same door-mounted headrest switch and actuator interface before use. Test the control while parked and with the seat clear: it must move through its full travel, return freely to neutral and command only the intended headrest motion. Use durable cabin-temperature material, remove every support remnant and smooth all edges. Do not use if the cap binds, cracks, loosens, causes continuous actuation or interferes with adjacent seat or memory controls; unintended seat/headrest movement can create a pinch, distraction or occupant-positioning hazard.
