My door plugs were falling apart so my brother and I decided to model them and make new ones. Print with the flat side face-down. Optional: Sand the flat-face smooth and spray with truck-bed coating paint for an OEM look with matching texture to the door handle. It should be noted that ABS works better especially if your car gets hot often, but I did use PLA ones for a while with no issues.
