Split mold to make this thing out of fiberglass or carbon fiber. Each side is printed in two pieces that are then glued together, enabling this to be made on an ender 3. After each half has been cured and rough trimmed with an oscillating multitool remove from mold, sand, align and glue the two halves together with thickened epoxy putty (Or whatever you think would work). On mine I then taped the glue seam with carbon and wrapped the entire thing after that. I had to sand down the ends so the silicon tubing and filter would fit, I accidentally put too much carbon on. This would also work better if the filter end was a little longer, it's difficult to attach the filter with the small amount of wiggle room. I used west systems epoxy with fast hardener. I used .2 layers and 4 shells. Remember to use mold release/wax!
