Clip for part of the rear cargo cover (clips to the rear seat). Very close copy of the original (unobtainium) part that can break easily. It seems that this was a South African specific type of clip 2007(ish) model. If your specific clip does not look like this, then don't download it as I'm not sure it will work. Australian clips look slightly different. I do not have a pic of this in use.
