3DPrintedCarPartDescription
If you are using a round shift knob, you're often stuck with an ugly gap where the shifter comes through the shift boot. This is a little adapter I made because the ones from Amazon are expensive and I'm too impatient for shipping. Installation: Depending on how the print turns out, you may be able to slide the retainer on, or you might have to thread it on. After installing the retainer, add in the jam nut and use the retainer like a wrench to tighten it down. Then when you get the shift knob screwed all the way down, loosen the retainer back up again -- holding the shift knob in place -- until the jam nut is wedged up against the shift knob. Done!
