Subaru Visor Clip

Print with PETG and Support (needed for screw holes). Visor Clip for Subaru Forrester, Impreza & CrossTrek Visor Clip fits: Subaru Forrester years: 2009-2013 Subaru Impreza: 2013 Subaru Crosstrek: 2013 AND probably many more, but uncertain. Fits both the Driver or Passenger side sun visor. Subaru only sells the visor and clip together and it costs about $70. I've had a couple visor clips break on my 2011 Forrester over the years and decided to 3D print the clip. I've had my 3D printed clip in my car for about 6 months without issue. I hooked up a 5 pound weight to the clip and it held fine (see picture). This clip is gray in color and not a perfect match to the OEM (see picture). To insert the visor into the clip, place the visor post loosely onto the clip (with the flat part of the clip closest to the visor), place the insertion tool over the post, then press firmly down on the insertion tool. Do not press down directly onto the clip (the insertion tool ensures even pressure to snap the clip into the visor. It takes a bit of pressure to get the clip to fit into the visor post.
