Description

Initially designed to replace the default cup holder divider that comes with the Tesla Model S and X. Space was not well utilised. I've divided the space into front, back and mid to make it easier to put in. It would otherwise be impossible if it was all one piece. Fixed dividers are for the USB/cigarette adaptor, cellular modem and sentry dashcam USB flash storage. Others are flexible bin containers. Parts include the base tray with the triangular guides to fit the factory console sides. Also designed some bins to fit inside these base trays for various items. The base trays are all 50mm high (roughly half of factory depth). Some bins are higher. You can design your own simple rectangular bins to suit your needs. The complex part is getting the guide width right so that the trays will fit/slide all the way to the bottom without getting stuck half way. This is already taken care of so you just need to design and print your own bins that fit inside the inserts. The top of the console is wider than the bottom. The base trays are designed to go all the way to the bottom while the "top" tray is designed to stay above the base tray for small items. Items I had in my console include: - USB/Cigarette charger adaptor - Cellular modem (Netgear M2) - Assorted USB cables - Sentry dashcam USB flashdrive (Sandisk T5/T7) - Hand sanitiser - Sunnies - Mint and gum My dividers are fixed to the particular size of my items. Made it slightly bigger to accommodate some future changes. Install some sticky spacers to avoid vibration.
