A planning starting point only; wall count, orientation, and geometry often matter more than infill.

3DPrintedCarPartDescription
This is a speaker mount to replace the front door factory standard speakers on a Tesla Model S with Infinity Kappa 62.11I 6 1/2" speakers. It comes in two pieces as I didn't want to attempt a design as one with a bunch of supports. The speaker mount attaches to the speaker which then fits inside of the speaker base. You may need to do a little sanding for them to fit together as I did. They are then permanently "welded" together with acetone to create a tight bond. You must use abs filament for this to work. You may also want to put the two pieces together in an acetone vapor bath to prevent any layer separation since the Kappa speakers are considerably heavier than the factory speakers. Also included is the connector that attaches to the factory wire harnes on the door. Insert speaker wire into terminals and then insert into the connector. It will need a bit of force to get in. You can find the terminal on Amazon. Search for "MQD-1I 18-22 AWG 1/8" Male Tab Crimp Connector Solderless Terminal". Use hot glue or superglue to secure to connector.
