Use with after market winter (steel) rims for a Toyota Camry with a 60.1 mm bore to protect the center bore from winter salt and snow. The front cap side inside the hub ring covering the axle and the rear cap sits outside the hub ring. Both are held in place by friction. With the steel rims, there are unfortunately no recess the cap can sit into like alloy rims do.
