This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3348388 (from MB96) which is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1011985 (from turtel89). Just added a top piece to hang the cable. Printed with top part flat on the bed and supports in the inside to hold the holes. (Note: the "Download All" button seams to send to a 404, use the "Thing Files" tab instead to the download the unique.stl file).
