Made a small clip that fits under the back seat on an F150 (2015 - 2020). Mine is a 2017 so made specifically to fit it. You can extend the Z-axis to whatever height works for your application, or have multiple prints for greater support. No supports needed and I printed at 50% infill, but you could probably get away with 20%.
