Description

A replacement cover for Volvo and Polestar keys. I know this fits Volvo XC40 and Polestar 2 keys and understand it may fit other cars that are post 2017. I've been teaching myself Fusion 360 and this was great learning exercise, inspired by a colleague being very disappointed with the key cover supplied with his Polestar 2! You need to print two covers for a complete key but the sides are interchangeable. I've included three designs which you can mix and match: * Blank * Shallow Polestar Logo (logo is 0.2mm recessed) * Deep Polestar Logo (logo is 0.4mm recesssed) On my printer with 0.1mm layers, the 0.2 recess logo sags enough that it feels pretty much flush with the first layer. Using a contrasting first layer pattern means you get a flat key with a very subtle logo. This is what's in two of the pictures, the third picture is the deep logo.
