Some of the rubber holders have broken off in the cup holder of our XC60, which is a common problem. I made this insert to fit in the front cup holder so that a standard can or tall insulated bottle would stay supported and not tip over. Print in PETG or similar for durability, using supports as shown, 3 or so walls and 25% infill should suffice. The insert 2 has a dowel that fits into insert 1 and pushes under the trim to prevent the insert from pulling out easily. You may have to bend this slightly for a perfect fit. Enjoy:).
