3DPrintedCarPartDescription
It seems that this cover works only with the newer version of the T5 where the frame of the floor fittings is covered with plastic. Older floor fittings are metal only, there it seems that the cover is not fully working. You may need to adjust the CAD model accordingly (see link below). 2019-03-03: I added version 2 of the cover I made an updated version of the cover that can be printed as one piece. The reason for the remake was that the small knob handles of the initial version tended to break if they were loaded by heavy freight being moved around on the floor. The new design is provided with different clearances (0.4mm - 0.2mm) between stationary and rotary part so you can choose which model to print out depending on the tolerances required with your specific 3D printer (my setup only allowed for 0.4mm, well tuned printers could work with even 0.2mm). The following additions are still needed to press together the rotating section and provide some counterpressure if the cover undergoes sideway shearing forces: 1 x M3 nut + 1 x M3x30 screw with countersunk head (to press together the rotating locker part) After removing the first row of seats in a T5 you will have various seat anchor points on the floor where dirt may get stuck. I was asked by some friends whether I could design a cover for it - this is what I came up with after a short night of CAD drawing. The respective CAD data can be found here: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/6063f3a002938341d2e1f95b/w/45a34b57fb23e4ddbba628e4/e/fc1fd26292930bdf3676474c For assembly you will need the following additional parts: 1 x M3 nut + 1 x M3x30 screw with countersunk head (to connect Locker Pin and Key) 4 x M3x10 or M3x12 screws with countersunk heads (to connect the Key grips with the Key) M3 thread cutter for making the 4 M3x10 or M3x12 screws grip into the Key part.
