Replacement gear for VW Touareg tailgate/boot latch. As this part is quite small and intricate, I'd recommend printing slower to avoid the hotend pulling on the part at higher speeds. You may need to file some of the edges to ensure a smooth and clean fit but it also depends on how well you can print the part. I had better results with the overhangs using 0.2mm layer heights. PLA was the end result. I tried PETG but it's quite soft compared to PLA and tends to get pulled around a bit. I'd recommend PLA or a nylon based (the original part is nylon) filament although I haven't personally tried nylon.
