Description

Note that this model is in inches. This is a customized speaker mount adapter for a 2015 Kia Sportage. This is designed to fit 6.75 inch speakers. It was made using https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2924217. I had to add mount tabs to the outside edges. Update 7/8/18: This speaker ring as designed didn't quite work. I have redesigned it, and the new design now works. I've made it 1 inch thick and adjusted the mount screw spacing and rotated the mount tabs to be between the speaker screws. Also moved the wiring slot to a hole in the ring. It is a little small for terminals. I used #10x1/14 mount screws and #8x1 screws for the speaker. The screw holes as printed worked well.
