Description

Recently had my 1991 z32 300zx broken into and they smashed my quarter panel window, after looking into replacement parts I found out the window, trim & alignment clips are all discontinued. Fortunately I was able to find a used window and transfer over my seals from the broken one to the new one although the alignment clips were broke so I had to come up with this 3d printed idea to make it work. If you are doing this please make sure to leave your glue from the original clips on the glass to align the new dowels properly, once aligned on the glass they can be glued it. Shorter dowel goes by the drivers door while the longer one goes to the hole on the bottom corner of the glass. I printed mine in PLA as this has no structural needs and is soul purpose is the initial line up during the install of the glass. I recommend using Rafts but no supports are necessary. I'll have the replacement of the glass posted on my YouTube channel if you wanna check it out for a more in depth understanding:D Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/c/GenerationGarage
