Description

A small snap-in insert for fastening an M5 screw in a 9.5 mm square mounting hole. The source creator designed and physically demonstrated it in the lower license-plate mounting holes of a Fiat 500e, but supplied no model year. The verified CC BY 4.0 source archive contains one structurally valid printable STL and two physical/interface photographs. Catalog scope is therefore bounded by the measured 9.5 mm square-hole and M5 interface, not by a broad Fiat or model-year claim.

Exterior fastener warning: confirm the hole is exactly 9.5 mm square, the panel is suitable for a snap-in insert, the fastener is M5, and local plate-mount requirements permit this repair. Use weather-, UV- and temperature-resistant material such as PETG or ASA, deburr the insert, and do not force or scale it without revalidating retention. Tighten only enough to retain the plate without stripping or cracking the print. Inspect after installation and regularly thereafter; replace immediately if loose, brittle, cracked, spinning or unable to keep the plate secure.
