3DPrintedCarPartDescription
I have not had the problem personally but there are a fair number of reports of C7 drivers being unable to open their gas tank fill cover because the lock gets jammed. The lock can be disabled by blocking the hole into which the locking lever usually extends. Some folks use plastic push pins or rivets or even bolts and nuts. This thing is a custom made locking pin just for this purpose. It has a small ear that locks the pin in the hole in the filler door once it is pressed into place. The pin itself is split so it can easily be removed by pressing the leg with the locking ear so it disengages. Print 100% infill with supports and rafts.
